We’re looking for a creative and data-driven Paid Social Marketing Manager to help run paid social for our projects, as well as other acquisition channels, including search engine marketing, display advertising, and other test channels.
You must be comfortable in a fast-paced environment (like, really fast — we’re pre-launch!), able to operate and coordinate across multiple teams, and context-switch with ease. You will partner cross-functionally with design, product, engineering, operations, data, and CX and are comfortable leading priority marketing work streams as we launch and scale.
Up first? Helping build the go-to-market launch plan to reach our earliest customers. From there? Well, one hour, you could be brainstorming with Design and Product to build and test a new landing page concept; the next, doing a deep-dive into new audiences on Facebook; and the next, analyzing data on a landing page experiment you’re running.

In this role, you will operate as an extension of the founders and support them on day-to-day execution of business goals. You’ll drive results through individual analysis and project management of various cross functional initiatives, and lead our company level planning process. You’ll dive into metrics and KPIs to identify areas of improvement and help ensure that teams across the company are aligned on company objectives. You will own critically important strategic projects from end to end.

They should be able to create presentation-ready deliverables to be shared with key stakeholders internally and externally, and should be able to communicate content effortlessly, whether written or oral.
